Delivery & Returns

 DELIVERY
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Arthur Deruelle is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Arthur Deruelle control.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding French holidays, from 9.30am-6pm.


Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier. In addition, you can follow your order status on your account.

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

 RETURNS

The Customer has a legal right of withdrawal, which he can exercise within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen (14) days from the day on which you took physical possession of the goods. Once this period has elapsed, the Customer will no longer be able to exercise his right of withdrawal.

In all cases (refund or exchange), the Customer must return the item(s) as delivered. Items returned incomplete, damaged, cleaned, disassembled or modified (however minimal) will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase by an unambiguous statement. To do this, you can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of the General Conditions of Sale, or any other unambiguous statement.

No exchange or refund will be accepted for items returned incomplete, damaged, cleaned, disassembled or modified. Refunds will be made exclusively to the original purchaser using the same means of payment used for the initial purchase. The processing time for a refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned item.

All returns will be made at the customer's expense, with the exception of returns concerning a fault of authenticity or a defective item.
